Dès le premier coup de fil avec Maëlle, il y a eu le déclic. Elle a tout de suite compris ce que nous recherchions car elle est restée a l'écoute, disponible et efficace.

Le jour J, elle s'est parfaitement intégrée dans les différents moments de la journée et parmi nos amis et notre famille, en étant toujours présente, mais jamais envahissante.
